If you received the wrong product, or your order is missing items, please collect the following information and send it to us via the blue chat box in the bottom right hand corner of your screen or email us at email@example.com
- Your Store Order Number, which you can find in the top right hand corner of the invoice that came in your box. Or you can take a quick photo of your invoice and send it to us.
- A photo of the items you received.
If you don't have all of this, it's okay! Just send us what we have, and we'll be able to help you from there.
